    Friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome.

    I was really let down by the aging decor in the hotel. The furniture looked worn, and there were dust patches. The selection of food was poor. It was like the same stale options were offered every day without any freshness. It was disappointing for a Fairmont hotel.

    Modern hotel, I appreciated its particularly good and perfect location.

    Everything was very convenient, breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was nice designed with smoke detectors for safety measures, and climate control, a private safe and flat-screen TV. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was really close to modern central Business District. It also was late to airport...

    Honestly no reason to complain. Luxurious and modern property with a DELICIOUS breakfast. Breakfast with thin crisp waffles and fresh juice, as example.

    This hotel experience left me enamored! The location is prime, offering easy access to the subway and local sites. The spacious suite was a luxurious retreat, complete with modern amenities. The Gold Lounge had good snacks and friendly staff. Though language barriers arose occasionally, the service remained cordial and supportive throughout my stay.

    We enjoyed our stay and loved the coffee in the lobby lounge and the spacious Beautiful King Room with a massage chair! The indoor swimming pool and spa treatments were just what we needed to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that room service could improve a bit, but it didn't spoil our experience 😊

    The in-room dining was a total treat, bringing a taste of local flavors right to my doorstep! Loved the breakfast scene and cozy club lounge vibes too-such a sweet escape! The staff were super friendly.

    I faced a bit of a hiccup with my deposit refund. It dragged on for what reminded me of ages. Nothing's perfect, right? I still had a blast in Beijing!

    The hotel serves delicious breakfasts with a good spread of food. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, it's just off something of a local experience filtered through Fairmont corporate culture, the most prominent center and Wangfujing Street and entertainment center

    The Beautiful King Room I stayed in was spacious with large windows that provided a beautiful view of the nearby parks. The amenities were modern, and the staff were friendly, always making me feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options that fueled my days exploring the city.
